Individual Therapy

Individual therapy involves working one-on-one
with a psychotherapist. In my sessions I help individuals overcome personal challenges and facilitate their efforts to look inward and develop insight into
whatever obstacles they may be facing. With my guidance and support, you will identify patterns of behavior or thoughts that interfere with your relationships and your experience of daily life.
I will help you alter these patterns so you may find
more satisfaction and joy in your lives.

Couple Therapy

Couple Therapy involves a therapist working
with a couple to help improve how they function
in the relationship. A couple's therapist looks at the inside of the relationship and gives the couple insight into their shared strengths and weaknesses,
as well as their individual ones. I have worked with many couples, helping them reconnect, heal and move forward with satisfying relationships. I have seen the power and effectiveness of couples therapy in improving relationships of all kinds, at all stages.

Family Therapy

Family Therapy centers on improving the dynamic within families and can include multiple individuals
with a family unit. Family therapy views the family
as a single system and treatment is accomplished by direct participation of all members in therapy sessions.
The goal of family therapy is to help family members communicate better, improve family relationships, solve problems, and find new ways to work together. Through our work together, members will learn new skills to get through difficult situations in healthier ways.

“You have powers you never dreamed of.
You can do things you never thought you could do.
There are no limitations in what you can do except
the limitation of your own mind.”
